REMEDY-O-MATIC
(general Remedy help document)

If you receive a Remedy queue with a bunch of nonsensical characters, try looking
directly above them for Header section. This will have information containing the file type,
name, etc. Select from the header down to the end of the section, making sure not to include
the “NextPart” line. Copy this whole thing and put it into the Remedy-O-Matic -- it will
return the original attachment to you.

You must process each attachment separately.
